About the role

We're looking for a senior frontend engineer who's spent serious time in React and Next.js, has strong opinions about component architecture, and wants to own the frontend story across two or three high-impact client projects at a time. You'll work directly with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship features end-to-end — from kickoff sketches to the production deploy.

What you'll do

  • Architect and ship complex frontend features in React 19 and Next.js 16
  • Set the bar for code quality through reviews, pairing, and internal tech talks
  • Partner with designers to translate Figma into accessible, performant UI
  • Lead technical discovery for new client engagements and scoping conversations
  • Mentor mid-level engineers and help them grow into senior roles
  • Own performance budgets, accessibility, and the overall frontend health of your projects

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of professional frontend experience, with at least 3 years in React
  • Deep TypeScript fluency — you've written, refactored, and debugged it at scale
  • Production experience with Next.js (App Router preferred) and modern React patterns
  • Strong CSS fundamentals and experience with utility frameworks like Tailwind
  • Comfortable making architecture decisions and defending them in writing
  • Excellent written English — async-first communication is the default here

Nice to have

  • Experience with Three.js, WebGL, or canvas-heavy interfaces
  • Background in design systems or component libraries
  • Open-source contributions or technical writing
  • Comfort with backend or full-stack work when needed
