QA Automation Engineer

About the role

Quality is a team sport here, but someone needs to lead it. You'll build the automated test infrastructure that gives our engineers confidence to ship fast — and you'll be the person they trust when something breaks in production.

What you'll do

• Build end-to-end test suites in Playwright across multiple client projects
• Maintain and extend API test coverage (REST and GraphQL)
• Partner with engineers on testability during code review
• Set up cross-browser and visual regression testing pipelines
• Investigate production bugs and turn them into reproducible test cases
• Champion quality practices across the engineering organization

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of QA automation experience in a modern web stack
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
• Comfort writing API tests with tools like Postman, Insomnia, or REST clients
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and curious about how things break

Nice to have

• Mobile test automation experience (Detox, Appium, Maestro)
• CI/CD integration experience
• Performance testing background
