DevOps Engineer

About the role

You'll own the deployment, observability, and infrastructure story across a portfolio of client environments. This is a hands-on role with autonomy over the choices that matter — pipelines, monitoring, incident response, and the day-to-day reliability of everything we ship.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that engineers actually want to use
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Vercel
• Own observability — logs, metrics, traces, alerting — across services
• Lead incident response and post-mortem culture
• Automate manual operations and reduce toil for the engineering team
• Partner with security to harden infra and reduce attack surface

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience
• Strong scripting skills in at least one of Bash, Python, or Go
• Production experience with Terraform or another IaC tool
• Hands-on Kubernetes or container orchestration experience
• Practical understanding of networking, security, and cloud cost management
• Calm under pressure — you've led incidents and learned from them

Nice to have

• Experience with Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
• Background in compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI)
• Multi-region or global deployment experience
