About the role
You'll be the first conversation many of our future clients have with Malkano. We're looking for a consultative seller who can listen carefully, understand technical projects, and match prospects with the right team — without resorting to high-pressure tactics.
What you'll do
- Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America and Europe
- Run discovery calls and translate prospect needs into scoped proposals
- Partner with engineering leads to scope projects and write SOWs
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM and forecast accurately
- Build long-term relationships that turn into repeat work
- Represent Malkano at industry events and on partner channels
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology services or software
- Track record of consistently hitting quota in a consultative sale
- Strong written and verbal English
- Self-directed — you're comfortable building pipeline without a marketing handoff
- Curious about technology even if you don't write code
Nice to have
- Experience selling custom software or development services
- Network in tech, fintech, or healthcare
- Comfort with longer sales cycles (3–6 months)
