About the role

You'll be the first conversation many of our future clients have with Malkano. We're looking for a consultative seller who can listen carefully, understand technical projects, and match prospects with the right team — without resorting to high-pressure tactics.

What you'll do

  • Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America and Europe
  • Run discovery calls and translate prospect needs into scoped proposals
  • Partner with engineering leads to scope projects and write SOWs
  • Manage your pipeline in our CRM and forecast accurately
  • Build long-term relationships that turn into repeat work
  • Represent Malkano at industry events and on partner channels

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology services or software
  • Track record of consistently hitting quota in a consultative sale
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Self-directed — you're comfortable building pipeline without a marketing handoff
  • Curious about technology even if you don't write code

Nice to have

  • Experience selling custom software or development services
  • Network in tech, fintech, or healthcare
  • Comfort with longer sales cycles (3–6 months)
